The clock screen or do you mean the central display has 3 bulbs in it and if its faded some or all probably have gone. There is a how to on the site showing you how to replace these. Best pull the radio out and check the plugins on the back. The van may have had a different radio in and the factory one stuck back in at sale time.

Firstly, 2003 1.9D multispace: Bought as a non-runner with electrical problems (BSI) with the saving grace that the cambelt, idler and water pump had been very recently replaced by the previous owner (More of which in a moment!). Had to bypass immobiliser by replacing stop solenoid with 'simple' version
Here’s how: Put the key in the ignition and turn it to on. Press the Unlock button three times. Turn the ignition off. Press the Unlock button three more times. Turn the ignition back to on. The horn should beep once. This tells you that you’re now in programming mode. Press the Unlock button, then press Lock again.
As part of my original post, I had a particular question regarding fuses which remains unanswered: 1) Starting with the fuses, my Haynes manual refers to fuses FA, FB, FC, FD, FE, and FF being in the 'Built-in systems interface fuse box', with fuse FE being for the electric windows (FA, incidentally is for the central locking), but I have been
Citroen Berlingo, Diesel. The ventilation fan is stuck on, which makes a lot of noise & makes driving unpleasant. No amount of twiddling with any of the heating or ventilation controls seems to make any difference.
Power door locks function intermittently. One of the first symptoms of a possible problem with the door lock relay are door locks that function intermittently. If the door lock relay has any internal or wiring issues, it can cause the door locks to function intermittently. The door locks may function correctly one moment, and in the next will
Turn the lock fully anticlockwise and then put the cap in fully seated. Turn the whole assembly clockwise using the key. The problem appears to be the seating of the key release mechanism that allows the key to turn and be released from the cap. Some times it seats down correctly and at others it just refuses to do so.

I replaced the lock mechanism in 2013 Citroen Relay L3 medium roof, as the old one didn't lock the door. The doors would close and open but wouldn't lock using remote. Power was there coming out of the wiring but mechanism didn't work. I bought new-used door mechanism off ebay and replaced the old one. After closing and opening the door a few
Probably the pins in the door lock barrels have got stuck with muck and corrosion; the pin springs should make the pins follow the serrations on the key. Try a good work-out with plenty WD40 - squirt in the lock, run the key in and out; repeat until you can feel the pins running over the key serrations.
Whenever the driver's door is closed the central locking is activated and all doors and the boot lock. It's a real pain because one day the key will get locked in. My wife borrowed my key and tried to unlock the car by inserting the key into the lock, rather than unlocking remotely - the problem only happened after this.
