I do Jillian Michaels workouts, interspersed with running and swimming (6 days a week total), and I am 1.65 m and 62 kg. I burn about 180 cals on level 2 of RI30, based on my HRM. I usually follow it up with 6 week six-pack or something, to get an hour's workout in total. Hi, I was told to log them as circuit training. I love NMTZ! It is a great overall body weight program. But, like someone else mentioned, I would also perform additional cardio. As to your midsection, any fat burning and of course, great nutrition, will help with that. As to defining that six pack, I enjoy both Killer Abs and 6 Week 6 Pack. The benefit of 6W6P is the extra cardio. 1 serving coconut milk yogurt or organic dairy yogurt ½ cup mixed berries ¼ cup crushed raw or dry-roasted organic almonds Rinse the mixed berries and pat dry. My background: I am at a pretty good fitness level; I exercise on average 6 times a week, using mostly Jillian Michaels' DVDs. I have already mastered Jillian's 30 Day Shred, Ripped in 30, etc. With that being said, I am not a beginner and you might be wondering why I even ordered this DVD. Jillian says for best results this workout should be done 5 times a week!! there is NO WAY I could do this 5 times a week. I would not be able to walk in pain if I did this 5 times a week. The plan is to Run 3 times a week and 6 week 6 pack DVD 3 times and I would like to take up HOT yoga (more about that on another post). The workout is
